Ember & Stone Cashel Restaurant

We had the fish and chips, the steak sandwich, and the beef cheek, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The fish was incredibly fresh with perfectly flakyness, the beef cheek was melt-in-the-mouth tender and full of flavour, and the chips were crispy and spot on.

The service was just as impressive as the food. Even though the place was packed, the staff were so friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit. Nothing felt rushed, and they made us feel really welcome.

The restaurant itself is beautiful too, with plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs, and it’s great to see such a busy place maintaining such a high standard of service.

Fair play to everyone involved, it’s fantastic to have another brilliant dining option in Cashel. We’ll definitely be back. Well done, lads!

​We had such a wonderful meal at Ember & Stone! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the food completely blew us away.
​I ordered the salmon, which was cooked to absolute perfection—flaky, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. My husband went with the burger, and he said it was easily one of the best he’s had in a long time—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served on a delicious, fresh bun.
​You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in what they do. Everything was served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. We left so happy and full, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!
